One stroke. One system.
The CUBE Collective symbol is a single ribbon that turns over once. In doing so, it draws two things at the same time: the silhouette of a CUBE and the letter C.
What it stands for
- A CUBE, implied. The outline is exactly what you see when you look at a CUBE from one of its corners: a regular hexagon. We don't draw the CUBE; the structure carries it. That is how we build: the hard parts sit underneath, and customers see what works.
- One stroke, one platform. The mark is one continuous stroke. Every CUBE product runs on the same platform for identity, workflows, communications, AI and payments, so each new product starts on a proven foundation.
- The fold. The ribbon turns over once and shows both faces. The blue front is what customers see; the cyan-to-green back is the infrastructure that carries it. A flat strip folding into structure is our purpose in one gesture: turning the chaos of regulated industries into systems that work.
- The engraving. Inside the ribbon runs a guilloché, the kind of security engraving found on banknotes, checks and passports. Fourteen phase-shifted waves weave into a single cord: many threads, one stronger rope. The ribbon is the gesture of a pen; the engraving is generated by formula. The mark joins the hand and the machine, the way CUBE joins human judgment with the precision of software.
- An open C. C for Collective. The shape stays open, with room for the next product, the next customer and the next market.
How it's built
- One measure. Every dimension derives from the radius R of a regular hexagon: the silhouette of a CUBE seen along its main diagonal, with edge a = R·√(3/2).
- A broad-nib pen at 60°. A virtual broad-nib pen, held at a constant 60° with a nib width of R/√3, draws the ribbon. The stroke is full width on the steep edges and half width on the rest: a 2:1 contrast that comes from the geometry, not from decoration.
- A visible turn. The ribbon turns over at the upper-left corner. The chamfer there is the pen's position at the moment it turns, which keeps the fold readable even in one color.
- Dovetail ends. Both ends finish in 60° dovetails, the strongest joint in woodworking: pieces that hold together by their own shape.
- Engraving that scales. The guilloché uses 14 strands at large sizes and 6 at medium sizes, and disappears below 48 px, where the ribbon turns solid. The smallest sizes (16, 32 and 48 px) are drawn on the pixel grid instead of being scaled down, so the turn stays legible in a browser tab.
- Exact geometry. Only straight lines and exact arcs, reproducible from the formulas.
Color
Deep Navy
— The ground. Depth and seriousness for regulated work.
CUBE Blue
— The front face: what customers see. Trust and technology.
CUBE Cyan
→
CUBE Green
— The back face, from health to money: the regulated industries we serve.
On light backgrounds, the back face runs from cyan to blue with a fine Deep Navy outline, so it keeps its contrast on white.
