The Wedge · Impact · 12 seconds

OneCare is the wedge.
CUBE is the platform underneath it.

One company. Six products. Two pilot implementations underway. CUBE OneCare with integrated payments is our wedge. Technology fragments clinical workflows, identity, AI, and transactions. CUBE is building one governed platform across six products and three clusters—five materially implemented, two pilots underway, CUBE Assembly + Home pre-build.

The clusters are a narrative and operating map—not combined TAM, maturity, contracts, liability, revenue or regulatory status. Every product retains its own P&L, evidence and launch gates.

03
Why now

The cost of building is falling.
The cost of earning trust is not.

AI economics

Agent-augmented teams can ship more proof per dollar.

The advantage compounds only when reusable architecture, senior review, isolation, testing and evidence remain intact.

Buyer demand

Healthcare, payments and operations are becoming software layers.

Institutions want fewer handoffs, better visibility and controlled AI without rebuilding every integration themselves.

Portfolio timing

CUBE has five products to close—and one platform thesis to prove.

Two pilot implementations create the near-term proof loop. Three refactors unlock market access. The Assembly + Home internal alpha is designed to test whether CUBE can turn its development advantage into a product.

Markets are underwritten separately. CUBE does not create a synthetic TAM by adding unrelated categories together.

Traction, labeled honestly

Five material implementations.
Two pilots in progress. One pre-build.

CUBE OneCare
First pilot implementationPrivate clinics, medical centers and independent physicians; product with CUBE's largest cumulative investment and effort.
simpleTap
First pilot implementationContactless and QR wedge with a faster operational and payment feedback loop.
CUBE Atlas
Material product · closureSubstantial API/control-plane work; full frontend/public-site refactor, QA, docs and first route still required.
Kadolia
Material product · refactorProprietary multi-destination checkout and POD routing; market-facing refactor before pilot.
HARDWON
Material product · refactorFitness operating system; frontend/public experience and launch QA remain.
Assembly + Home
Pre-buildPre-build; CUBE is its first customer. Assembly builds and operates software with human approval on every release; Ask CUBE provides one Home account across products.
05
CUBE OneCare · deepest product asset

From healthcare operating platform to governed ecosystem.

The first pilot setting is outpatient: private clinics, medical centers and independent physicians serving patients without inpatient admission. That describes the wedge—not lower maturity.

1Institutional software: modular clinical and administrative workflows with licensing and implementation.
2Usage economics: AI, WhatsApp/telephony communications, APIs and payments measured by actual consumption.
3Future, gated ecosystem: approved creators may later monetize governed modules, formulas and commerce. No live open marketplace, active third-party supply, creator sales, payouts or creator-economy revenue is claimed today; complex care follows separate clinical and institutional gates.
4R&D result: CUBE OneCare OS is a gated, multi-year Linux-based clinical-edge R&D result—not a separate product or current valuation line. Built for HIPAA from day one: our clearinghouse BAA is signed, and our hosting BAA will be signed before any real patient data enters the platform.

06
simpleTap · fastest current proof loop

A focused payment wedge that can turn operation into evidence.

simpleTap is the closest current pilot wedge. Its narrower surface can validate merchant onboarding, contactless and QR workflows, reconciliation, support and net payment economics while OneCare advances in parallel.

1SoftPOS / tap-to-phone, dynamic QR and instant WhatsApp receipt experiences designed around merchant simplicity.
2Software, terminal, support and usage revenue layers.
3Payment application fees recognized net—not gross transaction volume.
4Fast pilot feedback strengthens shared payment and operational primitives across CUBE.

07
CUBE Atlas · unified financial infrastructure

One API over many providers, activated route by route.

Atlas is orchestration software designed for fintechs, credit unions, banks and platforms that need payments and financial workflows through eligible providers—without maintaining a separate integration for each vendor.

1Core payments API-first: substantial API and control-plane implementation already exists (sandbox; no live money yet).
2Management-provided development inventory reports a catalog approaching 100 provider targets and 87+ scaffolded integration families. These figures do not mean providers are contracted, activated, integrated, transacting or available in any corridor.
3Credit unions and community institutions as primary institutional wedge; not a bank, issuer, acquirer or money transmitter.
4Launch requires a complete frontend and public-site refactor, docs, sandbox and end-to-end QA.
5Every corridor remains gated by provider agreements, KYC/KYB/AML, settlement, disputes, data terms and country permissions.

Market-facing closure unlocks two additional engines

The remaining work is focused:
refactor, validate, launch.

Kadolia

Retail store + multi-destination checkout

A modern retail store with proprietary multi-destination checkout: charge once and route an order across products, vendors and multiple recipient delivery addresses in a single transaction.

High-value differentiatorOne payment across multiple products and destinations, hybrid POD and proprietary product fulfillment.
Gate: frontend/public refactor → D2C pilot → paid-webhook, fulfillment, shipping and support evidence → merchant SaaS and payments.

HARDWON

Fitness + wellness operating system

A multi-surface platform for fitness businesses, coaches, members, operations, communications, commerce and payments. The product has material implementation; the launch surface needs concentrated polish and QA.

Revenue layersSubscriptions, locations, AI and communications usage, payments, commerce and premium services.
Gate: frontend/public refactor → onboarding and launch QA → first-location retention, operations and payment evidence.

CUBE Assembly + Home · one integrated pre-build product

A pre-build design to create, govern and operate software
with a future universal adoption layer.

Planned Assembly Studio

Designed to create + operate
Product ContractWould translate business intent into a verifiable specification.
Agent + repository orchestrationWould coordinate isolated workspaces, model routing, budgets and human gates.
Evidence before releaseWould require tests, previews, security, policy, deployment and rollback evidence.
Managed operationsWould add hosting, observability, compute, agents and support after alpha validation.

Planned CUBE Home

Designed to activate + distribute
Universal accountWould unify identity and the ongoing relationship across CUBE products.
Discovery + installationWould support finding, activating and managing approved software and modules.
Entitlements + usageWould govern permissions, metering, approvals and billing context.
Cross-product experienceWould provide one conversational place to use and coordinate products.

Internal proof first. Third-party economy only later.

The internal alpha is intended to test whether CUBE can release its own products faster. Only after measured proof and governance gates could external creators build or import software, operate it on CUBE and optionally publish to a curated marketplace.

Investor-grade revenue rule: contractual ARR + net usage revenue + application fees/net margin + marketplace take rate + recognized implementation revenue. GMV, TPV, payroll, pass-through funds and gross consumption are not CUBE revenue. OneCare creator economics are future/gated; no live third-party supply, creator sales, payouts or revenue are claimed today.

Evidence-gated roadmap

Capital follows proof.
External clocks stay visible.

0–3 months

Pilots + public refactors

Implement OneCare and simpleTap pilots. Close Atlas, HARDWON and Kadolia market-facing refactors. Establish Assembly + Home charter, Trust Fabric and creator rights.

4–6 months

Initial evidence + internal alpha

Capture early pilot evidence. Close Atlas V1. Pass HARDWON/Kadolia QA. Run Assembly internal alpha and Home across two products.

7–12 months

Paid proof + dogfooding

Convert pilots toward paid use. Open OneCare creator closed beta. Validate first Atlas route. Measure Assembly release savings and first external asset.

13–18 months

Conditional expansion

Institutional Atlas only if gates pass. Assembly private beta. Cross-product Home. Curated marketplace only after IP, payout and moderation controls.

18–36+ months

Institutional depth

OneCare hospital and complex-care workflows, multi-region Atlas and broader creator economics advance only through contracts, controls and verified unit economics.

BAAs, provider agreements, banking/PSP approvals, country permissions and complex clinical implementation have independent timelines. Beyond 18 months, OneCare OS may advance toward a bounded developer preview or ambulatory edge appliance only after security, hardware, interoperability and clinical-continuity gates; the dedicated Linux image is not a current-round launch commitment.
